As a sponsor for Spirit of Life, an organization working to enhance the lives of individuals who are disabled or developmentally challenged, International Web Development was recently honoured at a charity event to celebrate the contributors to this worthy cause.
Spirit of Life (SOL) was established in 2004 to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs through education, support, and services. The organization is an idea borne by Mr. Tony Wong, MPP in response to an identified gap in the Chinese services landscape for developmental disability issues. At the recent charity event held at Empire Legendary Oriental Cuisine, International Web Development (IWD) was honoured with a certificate of gratitude for their sponsorship and support. IWD’s contribution included the design and launch of the official Spirit of Life website, which will allow SOL to further promote public awareness, advocate for prevention, and assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs.
International Web Development (IWD) was proud to support the Spirit of Life and the organization’s efforts in the community, as well as the need for public awareness regarding developmental disabilities. Through the new website, SOL can extend their reach to the public and raise awareness among a larger community. IWD is proud to be a part of this outreach objective and to have been trusted with creating the new Spirit of Life website.
