I would like to take this time to thank all of your dedicated and loyal customers who helped us grow IWD to the company it is today. In the beginning of 2009 we went through some major changes in the business to better serve our customers. I must admit, we probably irritated some of you in the beginning while we worked out the kinks, but you stuck by us and saw the results first hand. Our employee efficiencies went up, our prices went down, and our reliability was better than ever!
IWD is truly committed to continually improving our systems, product offerings, and customer service to better support our customers as they grow their business. For 2010, we have some exciting new products, systems, and ideas that we will be releasing as the time comes.
